He is survived by: his wife Sandra Van Zile; his daughter Terry Fulkerson; his grandchildren, Jason, Lindsey and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Leah, Cary, Benjamin and Kaylynn; and his sisters, Marilyn Goetz and Laurel Daun. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
