He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cummings and Marcella Cummings (Sullivan); his brothers, Jack (Lorraine), Raymond Thomas "Tom" (Juanita), Bill (Sally) and Riley; his sister-in-law Lorraine Bates; and his nephews, John, Kevin, Billy, Dennis and Mike Cummings.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie Westphal; his daughter Lisa Runnels (Tom); his granddaughters, Jacqi and Jamie Runnels; his brother Kenneth Cummings (DuVonne); his sister-in-law JoAnne Cummings; and his goddaughter Mary Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Memorials may be may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or a charity of your choice in Jerry's name.
