Elinor (Gleash) Chalmers Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2020, Elinor (Gleash) Chalmers (Baraboo, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence "Pat" and Alice Gleash (Graves); her husband Albert "Doug" Chalmers; her children, Susanne, Alan Chalmers (Heather) of Elkhorn, Andrew Chalmers (Kris) of Baraboo and Sue Chalmers of Baraboo; her grandchildren, Darren Chalmers of Elkhorn and Katie Chalmers of Baraboo; and her siblings, Lorraine Draper (Merrill) of Bassett and Patrick Gleash (Annalee) of Baraboo. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and countless friends.

As Elinor was such an incredible lover of animals, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Sauk County Humane Society.
