He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie Bulin (Tad), Kristine Howard, Rochelle Sidey (Dale), Jennifer MacDonald (Keith), Catherine Hammer (Kevin Mills) and Brittany Hudson (Andy); and his grandchildren, Chaz, Drew, Ethan, Haley, Caitlin, Macy, Seth, Tessa, Nicholas, Carly, Isaac and Sophia. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
