It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doug Pat Forbush of Baraboo, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Forbush and Ruth Forbush (Snyder); and his brother Harland Smith (Janice). He is survived by: his wife Marlene Stanley; his children, Douglas Forbush (Gina) and Dianne Forbush (Larry Battersby); his stepchildren, Christina Bucio (Gabriel) and William Humbles; his sister Helen Thompson (James); and the mother of his children Vicki McGuire. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
