She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cook and Helen Cook (Ruggles); her husband Thomas; her siblings, Virginia Lindsey and Stuart Cook; and her son David McAllister.
She is survived by: her children, Scott McAllister (Vickie) of Cleveland, Tennessee and Sandra Fenn (Thomas) of Oxford, Wisconsin; and her stepchildren, John Blount (Beth) of Apex, Tom Blount (Carol) of Greenville, MaryAnn Ardan (Steve) of Joliet, Sandra Blount of Glenview and Susan Blount of Glenview, Illinois. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren as well as other relatives and friends.
