She was predeceased by: her parents, Stuart Schabow and Hatie Schabow (Fischer); her husband Dave; her grandson Nathan Burr; and her brother Arthur Schabow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nona Burr (Tim), Lori Wetzel (Pam Wells) and Jody Bruni; her grandchildren, David Burr (Erika), Gerrit Bruni, Joe Bruni and Katie Bruni; her siblings, Gary Schabow (Judy), Mary Kersten and Vicki Bender (Bob); and her sister-in-law Mary Schabow. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Solanus Catholic Church (1050 Main St, Gresham, WI 54128). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be made to Madison College Foundation for the D. Wetzel Nursing Scholarship Fund, Agrace Foundation or St. Francis Church.
