He is survived by: his father LeRoy Holtz; his son Gregory (Kathy) of Lowell, WI; his former wife Judy Bauer; his sons, Greg and James Holtz (Angie) of Baraboo; his brother David Holtz; and his grandchildren, Julia, Ava, Olivia, Aubree and Andrew Holtz.
