She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Ruefer Jr.; and her children, Leo Ruefer III, Dennis and Denise. She is survived by: her son Cory Ruefer (Meg); her grandchildren, Ellie, Ben, Christian, Sophie and Ava of Baraboo, WI; her son Guy Ruefer (Lynn); her grandchildren, Tyler, Jordan, Joey and Cole; her great grandchildren, Skyler, Mason and Charlee of Grayslake, IL; and her siblings, Roberta Celebron (Bobby) of Rockton, IL and Michael Housewert (Carolyn) of Naples, FL.
