He is survived by: his significant other Gertrud Fehr; his children, Calvin Hooks (Loreen), Peggy Hooks, Jackie Peterson and Jody Jensen (Gary); his sisters, Mildred Stephens (Clinton), Jeanne Frey (Al) and Sharon Wildes; and his sister-in-law Elke Hooper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
