She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Quam and Alice Quam; her husband Harlan; and her sisters, Janice Quam and Lois Soden.
She is survived by: her children, Glen Packard (Elizabeth), Constance Jones (Tom), Patricia Gallus (Tom), Mary Mueller (Allan), Pamela Manix (Barry), Alan Packard (Nuray) and Paul Packard; and her brother Duane Quam. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 26 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
