She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Phillips-Bright and Evelyn Phillips-Bright; her grandsons, Alex Neiman and Ethan Lurquin; and her sister Joy.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Neiman; her children, Julia Hommel (Tim), Joe Neiman (Kristin), Christopher Neiman (Angel) and Helen Lurquin (R. J.); and her niece Janet Attfield of England. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
