She was predeceased by: her parents, James Freeland and Bernadette Freeland (Ingle); her husband Ted Pertzborn; her daughters, Debby and Susan; and her siblings, Charlotte, Phyllis, Mary and Jack.

She is survived by: her children, Ted Pertzborn III (Abby), Sharon Sopha (Jim) and Mary Jean "Mitz" Schueman (John); her grandchildren, Ted Pertzborn IV, Robert Pertzborn, Kevin Sopha II (Kate), Megan Crary (Matthew), Katelyn Schara (Charles) and Blake Hesselberg; her sister Shirley Vanover; and her siblings-in-law, Viola Buechner and Marv Quinn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
