He is survived by: his parents, Jose Ortiz (Elaina) and Clariss Jo Funmaker; his grandparents, Joanne and Guillermo Enrique Ortiz, Sr.; his siblings, Dominikk (Monsei), Vincent, Bryan, Nikkolas and Sandra; his son Jacen; and his girlfriend Faith Woods.
