She is survived by: her sons, Prestyn Stumpf of Baraboo and Kashtyn Herritz of Baraboo; her parent Melody Jacobson; and her sisters, Whittney Jacobson and Amanda Hughes (Mark). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
