JoAnn Flynn Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Flynn of Bangor, Wisconsin, born in Algona, Iowa, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Johnson and Helen Johnson (Greij); her siblings, Milo, Renelda Reed, Arlen Johnson (Cook) and Arlyce Bristow (Richard Johnson); her former husband Jim Gade; and her stepson Mike Flynn.
She is survived by: her daughter Jill; her husband Tex Flynn; her children, Douglas Gade of Dallas, TX, Dawn McCauley Ford (John) of Bozeman, MT and Jim Gade (Gidget) of Bangor, WI; her stepson Casey Flynn (Tammy) of Broken Bow, NE.; her siblings-in-law, Pat Koch, Sharon Gade, Bev Gade, Margaret Pillsbury and Jerry Gade; and her grandchildren, James, Luke McCauley, Lance, Madison, Logan Gade, Jesse Gade, Sadie Taylor, Travin Flynn, Lana Burnett and EJ Flynn. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, numerous cousins, nephews and nieces, and many good friends.
Many years ago, JoAnn proudly donated her body to Mayo Clinic upon her death.
