He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Archie Neuman and Irene Neuman (Freimark); his daughter Kim Dockham (Brian Noth) of Onalaska, Wis.; his grandson Zach Dockham of La Crosse; his siblings, Janice Stout of Eau Claire, Wis. and Robert Neuman (Mabel) of Davis, Calif.; his sister-in-law Emogene Neuman of Brighton; and his brothers, Keith Neuman (Marge) and Ron Neuman. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
