He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Lashay. He is survived by: his mother April Lashay (Timmerman); and his siblings, Matthew Lashay, Frank Lashay (Jessica), Luke Lashay, Mark Lashay, Samantha Henke and Tammy Brown. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
