He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Franks and Opal Franks (Footit); his wife Joyce L. King; and his siblings, James Franks and Patricia Chamberlain.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Franks (Susan), Bradley Franks (Tammy Adyniec) and Julie Palek (Mike); his grandchildren, Forrest Franks (Amy), Bradley, Jordan Franks, Antone Palek (Shaelyn), Steve Palek (Kristy) and David Palek (Jess); his great grandchildren, Alyssa Franks, Camilla, Lillian Palek, Allayna, Brinlee Palek and Jacklyn Franks; his brother Delton Franks; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Chamberlain. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, private family services will be held.
