He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Petrusky and Stella Petrusky (Pionke); and his wife Anita Clark. He is survived by: his children, Rick Petrusky (Karin), Mark Petrusky (Sandy), Annette Meddaugh (Wayne) and Amy Matis (Chad); and his grandchildren, Jaymi Ruffalo (Shannon), Jolene Petrusky, Jennifer Rotondo (Michael), Eric Petrusky (Des), Taylor Petrusky, Sierra Petrusky, Jordan Meddaugh, Lane Meddaugh, Bailey Matis and Carson Matis. He is also survived by his 9 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends.
