He is survived by: his sons, Randy Chamberlain and Craig Chamberlain; his grandchildren, Trish Chamberlain (Jamie McPherson) and Lindsey Smith (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Kenny, Tyler, Jayce, Kalli and Blake. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
