He is survived by: his wife Denise (Haviland); his son Forrest Glenn Stutesman Puyallup (Louise); his granddaughters, Jennifer and Amanda; his children, Colter, Tony, Amanda, Brad, Kara, Kayla, Dirk, Tess and Ethan; his stepsons, Jason Bickford Mosinee (Kylie) and Brant Bickford Dayton (Becky); and his stepgrandchild Hanna.
