He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Naczek and Viola W. Naczek (Atz); and his former wife Penny. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Goman; his children, Dawn Hakala (Matt) and David Naczek (Annie); his stepchildren, Ashton Gebert (Mike) and Kurtis Goman; his grandchildren, Ellyn, Callie Gebert, Grant, Juniper Naczek, Bryson and Allyson Goman; and his cousin Karen Snyder.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations be made to the Portage County Human Society.
