He is survived by: his former wife Debbie Turner; his children, Daniel Clark, David Clark (Jenny), Derek Clark (Krystal), Dustin Clark (Gina) and Darcie Clark (BJ Meddaugh); his grandchildren, Jesse, Shannon, Avery, Charley, Deana (Jesse Gneist), Derek Jr., Dalton, Kaden, Kase, Evra, Austin, Dylan and Brianna; his great grandchild Gneist; his girlfriend Mary Kay Schultz; his siblings, Mary Lauer (Pat), Lois Swiontek (Richard), Donna Apfel (Richard) and Jim Clark (Christine); his brothers-in-law, Ray Petrusky and Gary Goretski; and the mother of his children Debbie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends.
