She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Clark and Verna Clark (Beggs). She is survived by: her husband Raymond Petrusky of Bancroft; her children, Rick Petrusky (Karin), Mark Petrusky (Sandy), Plainfield, Annette Meddaugh (Wayne), Amy Matis (Chad) and Marshfield; her grandchildren, Jaymi Ruffalo (Shannon), Jolene Petrusky, Jennifer Rotondo (Michael), Eric Petrusky, Taylor Petrusky, Sierra Petrusky, Jordan Meddaugh, Lane Meddaugh, Bailey Matis and Carson Matis; her siblings, Jean Goretski (Gary), Lois Swiontek (Richie), Mary Lauer (Pat), Donna Terry, Dale Clark (Mary), Bancroft Clark and Jim Clark (Chris); her siblings-in-law, Bob Petrusky and Irene Danczyk of Weston; and also Cedarburg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
