He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Nelson and Pearl Nelson; his grandson Jordan Kletschka; and his sisters, Shirley Berglund and Nancy Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Martinsen; his children, Tristan, Tom Nelson (Denise), Tammy Jensen (Dale), Todd Nelson (Mary) and Toni DeSpiegelaere (Ray); and his sister Diana Waldoch. He is also survived by many other family members, nieces, nephews and friends.
