She was predeceased by: her husband Chuck Swanson; her parents, Herbert Harmel and Mabel Harmel; and her siblings, Richard, Roland Harmel, Julie Norby and Ruth Schumacher.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Swanson (Renee), Jim Swanson and Lori Swanson; her grandchildren, Beth Butler (Ben), Kristen Swanson and Scott Swanson; and her great grandchildren, Noah and Augie Butler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Memorials are preferred to Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church or the American Heart Association.
