He is survived by: his wife Penny Carter; his children, Thad (Tamara), Corrin Carter (Dan), Chandra Henrich (Dan), Terese Thune (Dana), Jenni Mohr (Rob) and Chris Olsen (Rick); his grandchildren, Joel (Samantha), Leif, Josephine Thune, Allison O'Hara (Joe), Matthew Mohr, Carly Willard and Emma Overbye; and his great grandchild Emberly Willard.
