He was predeceased by: his mother Elsie Schwartz (Tack); his wife Jane Schwartz (Schmitt); his father William Schwartz; and his son-in-law Steve Crabtree. He is survived by: his children, James Schwartz (Sally), Mary Schmidt (Jimmy), Ruth McPhillips (Mike), Rose Crabtree (Steve), Donald Schwartz (Colleen) and David Schwartz (Susan). He is also survived by 30 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Connell Family Funeral Home - Baldwin (1010 Newton St, Baldwin, WI 54002). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Woodside Cemetery. A reception will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the American Legion (410 Maple St, Baldwin, WI 54002).
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Adoray Hospice.
