She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Joseph and Rosemary Eva Stevenson of Rockford, Illinois.; her significant other Donald E. Zenisek; her son Mark; and her brothers, Ralph and Chuck.
She is survived by: her children, Todd, Kate and Scott; and her grandchildren, Maxx, Ellie Zenisek, Jackson, Matthew, Michael, Avery Zenisek, Alex, Sean Stuckert, Jackie Johnson and Jasmine Zenisek.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be sent directly to an Alzheimer's Association of your choice.
