Blair (Baldwin, Wisconsin), born in Dysart, Iowa, who passed away on December 14, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Emmert and Evelyn Emmert (Krafka). She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey L. Blair of Waite Park, MN; her children, Jenni and Max Blair (Jackie) of Stillwater, MN; her siblings, Dennis Emmert (Grace) of New Richmond, WI and Sue Nelson (Ray) of Woodville, WI; and her grandchildren, Luke Nierengarten (Leah), Dakota Pruse, Linus Segbe, Sarah Pruse, Tristan Pruse, Elizabeth Blair and Thomas Blair.
