She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Anding and Edna Anding (Holmson); her husband Paul R. Chapin; her brother Fritz (Ruth); her brothers-in-law, Ron Stohl and Jim Bouvin; and her nephew Ron Anding.
She is survived by: her children, Rocklon Chapin (Barbara) of Blaine, MN, Cynthia of Hudson, WI, Deborah Willink (Mark) of Baldwin, WI, Peter Chapin (Brenda) of Roberts, WI and Richard of River Falls, WI; her sisters, Carol Bouvin of Lexington, KY, Mary Bennett (Dick) of Hudson, WI and Kathy Stohl (Mike Mayer) of Hudson, WI.; her grandchildren, David Willink (Susie), Jonathan Willink (Mary), Jennica Driscoll (Josh Gerhardt), Brian Chapin, Eric Chapin (Ellie), Laura Chapin and Matthew Bonte (Melissa); and her daughter-in-law Gloria Bonte (Dale). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, and many other dear relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Phyllis would like memorials given to Wisconsin Right to Life or to Gethsemane's Parking Lot Fund.
