She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Couch and Hazel Couch (James); her great-nephew Jackson Germain; and her nephew-in-law Craig Wolff. She is survived by: her brothers, William Couch (Gwen), Fred Couch (Gayle) and Richard Couch (Roxanne); and her nieces and nephews, Lisa Sicard (Mike), Kris O'Connell (Joe), Missy Germain (Lee), Scott Couch (Misty), Tracey Couch, Tonia Couch (Mark Krueger), Tara Couch and Michael Couch (Jenna). She is also survived by fifteen great nephews/nieces and three great great nieces.
Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation or to the donors' charity of their choosing.
