She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Peterson and Esther Peterson; her siblings, Joe, Jim Peterson and Peggy Lashley; and her nephew Scott Quist.

She is survived by: her children, Bryce Docter (Rani Archambault) and April Wilson (Mike Luhman); her grandchildren, Alexis Docter, Hailey Archambault, Ian Auckland and Aiden Auckland; and her siblings, Sandra Gaustad and Bill Peterson (Colleen).
