He is survived by: his wife Kerry Reis; his children, Adam Geurkink (Kenisha) and Katelyn Moline (Edward); his grandchildren, Maddox, Dorothea Geurkink, Eddie and Lily Moline; his siblings, Keith Geurkink (Teresa), Craig Geurkink (Nancy), Rich Geurkink (Joan Forsythe) and Jean Geurkink (Janice Greene); his mother-in-law Dorothy Reis; and his in-laws, Bill Reis, Kelly Brenna (Paul Gerbec), Kaycee Brookshaw (Tim), Tom Reis (Cydney), Joe Reis (Maria) and Jim Reis.
