She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oliver and Wilda Estella Iverson (Swanson); her husband Dale "Reub" Nelson; her brothers, Lloyd Iverson and Merrill Iverson; and her siblings-in-law, Ardith Morrison (Merle) and Lynn Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Nelson (Jay) of Minneapolis, MN and Troy Nelson (DeAndre) of Minneapolis, MN; her grandson Jocelyn "Joss" Johnson (Mikayla) of Rochester, MN; her brothers, LeRoy Iverson (Gloria) and Gene Iverson (Linda); her sisters-in-law, Pat Iverson, Marilyn Moyer (Mike) and Darlene Nelson; her extended family, Julie Spurgeon, Les and Dianne Bergh; her goddaughter Klara Lockerby; and her close friends, Pearl Christenson, Anissa Peterson, Hugh and Diana Lockerby. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Zion Lutheran Cemetery Association are preferred.
