He is survived by: his parents, Glenn Spear and Alice Spear (Yanish); his sons, Richard Spear (Alyssa) and Robert Spear (Holly); his girlfriend LeAnn Storm; his siblings, Cindy Gibbs (Pete) and Tim Spear; his nieces, Nicole and Samantha Gibbs; and his nephew Dillon.
