He was predeceased by: his parents, William Beestman and Grace Beestman; and his niece Jaime Rudesill. He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Beestman (Dianne), Kathy Beestman and Deb Metzger (Tim); his nieces and nephews, Shannon Bierbrauer (Kurtis), Jennifer Halverson, Rylie, Logan and Colin; and his goddaughter Danielle Nygaard Logas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
