She is survived by: her parents, Diana Wentworth and Mitchell Wentworth; her siblings, Michelle Kok (Paul) and Douglas Weller; and her children, Cassey Kotek (Jeff), Alex Schmitt, Carter, Ella and Charlee Sorenson. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other family members.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the family.
