He is survived by: his wife Dorothy White; his children, Joel Eby (Michele) of Hudson, WI, Joella Givens (Rick) of Lakeland Shores, MN and Jason Eby of Mesa, AZ; and his grandchildren, Erika Eby (Randy Meister) of Racine, WI, Nathan Eby of Hudson, WI, Savanna Givens of Woodbury, MN and Zachary Givens of Lakeland Shores, MN..
