She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blok (Jake) and Esther Blok (Doornink); and her siblings, John, Marshall and Virginia.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard Lewis; her son Gary Lewis (Rosemarie) of Northfield, MN; her grandchildren, James, Catherine and Mark; her daughter Diane Niederer of New Richmond; her grandchildren, Brad and Kari; and her siblings, Elaine Quinn and Marvin Blok of Baldwin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
