He is survived by: his son Gary Lewis (Rosemarie) of Northfield, MN; his grandchildren, James, Catherine and Mark; his daughter Diane Niederer of New Richmond; his grandchildren, Brad and Kari; and his sisters, Donna Ray of Hudson, Roene Frederick of Roberts, Sharon Hamilton of St. Paul, MN and Shirly Casey (Pat) of Amherst Junction, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
