She is survived by: her husband Dennis Smith; her children, Eugene Smith, Ezekiel Smith (Ashley) and Theresa Foote (Jeff); her grandchildren, Kenny, Travis, Charles, Thomas, LaReina, Quentin and Laila; and her siblings, Ellen Meekins, Joyce Goodwin and Hollis Jr..
