He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Tweeten and Eleanor Tweeten (Haugland). He is survived by: his brother-in-law Allen Franke; his sisters, Emelie Franke (Allen "Toby") of Baileys Harbor, Irene Kube (Gaylord) of Oakdale, MN and Dolores LaBelle (Patrick) of Stillwater, MN; and his pet Happy. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
