He was predeceased by: his father Sam Kostreva. He is survived by: his wife Norma Leisner; his son Kelly Kostreva; and his siblings, Adena Towner, Sarah Tucker, Grace Riggs and Otto Kostreva. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
