He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kasparek and Nina Kasparek (Clark). He is survived by: his siblings, Russell Kasparek, Barbara Stram (Clifford), Marie Lilo, Shirley Bruckner and Frances Gilbert (Scott). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
