It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Pechan (Avoca, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Prochaska and Ed Prochaska; her siblings, Lorraine (Goplin), Kate (Martin) and Jim; and her granddaughter Molly Pechan.

She is survived by: her children, Joe Pechan of Avoca, Kathy Pechan (Keith Placek) of Downs, Marjorie Sarmiento (Pete Lanzone) of Fuquay-Varina, Colleen Sallee (Larry) of Rochester, Theresa Arndt (Dan) of Madison, John Pechan (Lisa) of Carol Stream, Amy Anderson (Robby) of Lodi and Tom Pechan (Tara) of Barneveld, Wisconsin.; and her grandchildren, Jared Placek, Olivia, Alex Sarmiento, Zach, Brittany Sallee, Claudia, Drew, Ethan Arndt, Audrey, Nolan Pechan, Mara, Emily, Luke Anderson, Owen, Elle and Will Pechan.
