With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Benjamin J. Minter (Avoca, Wisconsin), born in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 10, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Minter and Anna Minter (Cerny); his stepfather Virgil Imhoff; and his parents-in-law, Louis and Loretta Otter.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Minter (Otter); his children, Mike Minter (Ellen), Susan Paulick (Pat), Pat Minter (Virginia), Richard Minter, Mark Minter (Donna), Sandy Brandt (Ken), Mary Jo Minter, Ben Minter and Jill Winter (Gordon); his sisters, Patricia Grzenia (John), Mary Grindeman and Marilyn Swinehart (Jerry); and his sister-in-law Marcia Meudt. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to Avoca Fire Department and Avoca EMS or Second Harvest Food Bank.
