He was predeceased by: his parents, Holland Skinner and Edith Skinner (Bissonnette); his spouse Erleen Mildred Rustad; his grandson Aaron J. Skinner; and his brothers, Clarence, Lloyd, Beecher, Harley, Dale, Jim and Murel.
He is survived by: his children, Tonja Parr, Deb Cleasby (Russell), Pam Milner (Jim), Chad Skinner and Malcolm Jr. Skinner (Diane); his sister Toolie Golbeck (Ken); and his granddaughter Jeana. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren.
