He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Francis, Beverly Ida (West), Earl and Doris Swartz (Hoffman); his uncle Wayne Swartz; and his daughter Nicole.
He is survived by: his friend Jordan Swartz of Eau Claire, WI; his significant other Yvette Siddons of Eau Claire, WI; his parents, Steve Swartz and Linda Swartz (Ida) of Cary, NC; his sister Monica (Swartz); his brother-in-law Jeremy Grimsley of Cary, NC; his nieces and nephews, Valerie and Aidan; his cousins, Matthew Kirchoff of Dayton, MN, Aimee Ranallo (Kirchoff) of Maple Grove, MN and Lindsay Rivard (Swartz) of Hudson, WI; and his great-uncle Noel Swartz of Eau Claire, WI.
